Refunds
Our refund policy is outlined on the registration from completed on registering for an event, and it is outlined below. Should you require a refund on please contact us directly on 1 800 044 744 or by emailing us on workout@theknowledgegym.com.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Clause: Cancellation of enrolment must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the seminar. An amount of 20% of the fee (incl GST) will be deducted to meet administration costs, and the remainder refunded by cheque. If cancellation is received less than 7 days from the seminar commencement, a 50% refund of the seminar fee (incl GST) will be made. No refunds will be if cancellation is made less than 2 days from the seminar commencement. No refunds will be made after commencement of the seminar. |
